Ken Blackwell has spent over 26 years helping teams, leaders and organizations create stronger, more resilient workplaces. 

Ken works with a diverse mix of clients that allow him to see trends that span across different workforces and sectors of the economy. He helps his clients cut through the clutter to identify the critical keys to enhancing their effectiveness and improving their productivity.

Active in several professional associations and non-profit boards, Ken is currently Board Chair for Mercer Street Friends, a social service agency serving the Greater Trenton community. 

He is also the host of the “Insight at Work” podcast which profiles individuals who have unique insights about the world of work and who are focused on creating a more human workplace.
